Parmesan Cheese has a centuries-old history, and is one of the best, most genuine and natural cheeses ever.

How our dairy tour takes place

The visit to our dairy is open to groups of up to 10 people, to avoid gatherings and comply with all the rules for the containment of COVID-19. Animals or food are not allowed inside the production rooms. Tours are available in both Italian and English and last approximately 2 hours. Guided tours of the dairy cost €12 and are available only by reservation. The visit includes:

  • Visit of the production and aging rooms
  • Expert guide
  • Tasting of 4 ages of Parmesan Cheese with 1 matching glass and a selection of cured meats
  • Informative brochure about the history of our dairy and our production methods
