Reggio Emilia Dairy

Our dairy is located in Reggio Emilia, one of the most suitable areas for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Here the particular climate, the long dairy tradition and the excellence of our milk allow us to create a product with a unique, good and nutritious quality.

But that's not the only reason why our Parmigiano Reggiano dairy is located in Reggio Emilia. With three generations of Maser Cheese makers, our family moved to various locations in the Emilia region, before arriving in Reggio Emilia. Here we have found the ideal conditions to offer an artisanal cheese that is excellent from an organoleptic point of view: every morning we are able to select the best milk from near our dairy, so we can process it when it is still very fresh.

Another peculiarity of our dairy is that it is located right next to the highway, therefore it is particularly convenient for those who want to come and visit us or buy products directly from our shop. We are in fact halfway between Modena and Reggio Emilia, just 15 minutes from both motorway toll booths. In addition, we have a large free car park, perfect for all types of vehicles.
