The paste is still soft, but with a good friability and graininess. 18-month Pamrigiano Reggiano is excellent as an aperitif combined with raw vegetables, such as celery and cherry tomatoes. &#xA0;Organoleptic Characteristics &#xA0;No or very small holes with moderate graininess.Paste of medium consistency, moderately crumbly and elastic.Scent notes of butter, milk, yogurt and fresh fruitThe flavour is a perfect balance of flavour, acidity and sweetnessTry it paired with dried fruit and nuts or for a normal aperitif.
